Disappointed with customer service – After researching trampolines we found springfree to be the best. The customer service was terrible. We were told different things at each point of contact. We were messed around and given false information. There are things we will still be following up with consumer affairs as we feel are still incorrect. There was next to no correspondence with us. We had to chase everything up and try to find what was going on after being given so many different answers. For such a large investment we would expect decent customer service. Springfree refused to throw in even a ladder for all the messing around and miscommunication. Very disappointing.
