Beware!!! Ture Story!!! Don’t buy any item from Banggood. I got a faulty projector trapped. Never refund – I purchased a projector worth $265.64. when I received the projector, I found it got serious blurry focus issue. The Bangood service is very terrible. After a long times argument, they sent me a return address where is located at Shenzhen in China. I cost AU$75 for the postage. However, the item stayed at China Custom for custom clearance over 1 month. I contacted China Custom and they said China Custom required receiver to provide document for custom clearance. However, the receiver did not provide any document to China Custom. I tried to ring the receiver’s contact number. I found that is fake mobile number and it is always switched off. The feedback from Banggood is ‘Dear customer. We will refund you the full amount when we receive the product. This is our policy. Please understand.’ Therefore, the customer was trapped at beginning when they purchase item at Banggood. In other words, the Banggood is intended to give customer a manufactory address because they know that China Custom must ask receiver to provide factory document for custom clearance. And then, they will never provide the document to China Custom. The parcel will be never returned. Therefore, I will never receive the refund.
In summary, the Banggood is suck company. They sell rubbish to oversea countries because they know the customers never get their money back even they received faulty fake rubbish products.
To all existing buyers and potential buyers, this is my true story. I attached recent chat records. This is the worst shopping experience I have never had.

If your company really care of customer, there will not be so many negative reviews post here. I am not desired to get problem solved from here. I have attempted to communicate your people via various ways but your people just make nonsense.

I told your people I am willing to accept to lose AUD$105.64 for a faulty item. Your people are still bargainning me. I can tell you the money is not important to me now.
