distance all looks ok but rough edges and poor material, they are not Stainless steel (admitedly they dont describe as stainless steel but the UKJ ones are and virtually the same price, first and last time i buy from a You tuber recommended (Hooked on Wood)! But, I gave it a shot, and I couldn't be happier with the first Banggood purchase Augie and I spent time using (as you'll see from the video).
From an overall company sense, they (and this is really good) under-promise and over-deliver...with all my packages arriving before estimated. What a pleasant surprise!
Also, their customer service is extremely responsive, although I do think sometimes they struggle supporting in English and rely a bit too much on cut-and-paste responses (e.g. telling me my in-country purchase of a different item might be delayed by customs :-)). However, if you fairly consider it's probably not the native language of the person who is helping you...they'll do what they can to make things right.
After my first, I have ordered multiple times more from Banggood, and will continue to. That, in and of itself, is a big thumbs up!
If I could give zero stars, that would be better. I bought an oscilloscope from them which arrived with a broken LCD. Since then, for more than two weeks, I’ve been trying to convince them that the device is defective and that I want a full refund or a replacement. they use stall tactics, lie and never listen to what I say about this issue. Sending a new remote when I already have a working remote will not cure the problem. What really bugs me, I sent them all the proof they asked and they still refuse to refund me for a DOA helicopter for $77.

wires are not clearly labeled and I shall have to find out by trial and error. Some defects were discovered regarding a broken canopy pin and badly dented wings. I am a little disappointed in the quality of the RC plane. I believe it is offered at a competitive price, because there are several manufacturing quality issues.

ACCOUNTABILITY when it comes to replacing broken or damaged products. Even after 3 weeks of countless messages, videos, pictures, they still delayed it up to the Chinese New Year, so they can delay it furthermore and eventually refuse to exchange claiming the initial exchange time expired... to be selective when I buy. Shipping has been generally fairly quick and packaging, while basic, is satisfactory at worst (a couple of items were poorly packed but nothing got badly damaged or lost). The website is quite useable and finding specific items is generally fairly easy (However I have noted that searches don't always find the specific item I know is there). I've had occasion to cancel items (e.g. when the shipping price was too high or delivery was excessively delayed), and customer service was good. I have NOT tried to return an item (although a couple were not what I expected). I also have never been a fan of the reward program ... just too complicated and designed to get one to buy more .... so I pretty much ignore it. Prices are generally fair, but you get what you pay for. There are knock-offs of originators designs, which raises issues about the ethics of buying them ... buyers must make their own decision.
I have learnt that certain manufacturers can be depended on to provide excellent tools (others not so much) at reasonable cost. Quality varies, from acceptable to exemplary. That said I recently had a problem with an item I bought from a company whose products are excellent quality (a part was bent ... see picture), but an e-mail -- direct to the manufacturer -- was answered within a couple of hours and a replacement part will be shipped. I don't know how well/quickly Banggood would have handled the problem.
I rated Banggood 4 stars because it isn't perfect. But considering I'm dealing with a company on another continent who operates in multiple languages, I have no complaints.
Follow-up · Find: Assuming the question is re the pictured item ... Search for "Hooked on Wood" Packaging: Excellent (I think the problem was an oversight by QC) Durability: I can't comment yet, but the only part that might wear are the O-rings .... and spares are included. As for the replacement part ... it came about a week after the service rep at the manufacturer said it was being shipped. BTW, I'm in Canada, not Australia.

Sydney warehouse, but failed delivery window, and then Banggood Seller failed to respond and or communicate. Eventually, after much frustration and contact with Banggood online customer support, I finally received my order. I made the mistake by ordering a similar item again, hoping my previous experience was a one off. But NO, it was worse. Failed delivery window again, no replies from Seller, then Seller details no longer available?? No communication or update from anywhere! Finally I was online chatting with Banggood, who were not overly enthusiastic to help, rather than just hoped a few 'points' added to my account, would ease my frustrations. Sorry, NO!! I insisted on immediate refund or Bank/PayPal intervention. Eventually, without apology or explanation, I finally received refund. Banggood doesn't seem to care. They don't uphold there own service policies. I will NEVER consider Banggood again. Stick with Amazon, eBay, Catch in Aus, or any reputable Aus store, always!

High voltage DC switchmode power supply review – So, the power supplies ( I bought two ) work as described. The voltmeter display is accurate enough ( within a volt according to my Fluke ). pot is nice, but as mentioned is TOO close to the output terminal. The supplied 300 degree, single turn "external " pot, is a very very poor substitute. The biggest problem for my needs is the output noise. Digital switching transients, and general hash, will drive my analogue meters crazy ( I have many analogue meters, including some highly accurate VTVM,s ). Setting an analogue meter to AC voltage, has the needle swinging violently all over the scale. My VTVM can read accurately to a couple of gigahertz. Sinewave of course, but it does react to spikes and general hash. I did post a couple of pictures from my osclloscope showing this noise. If I cant design a decent low pass filter to get rid of this noise the supplies are useless. Im not really complaining very loudly, as they are very cheaply priced, and one only gets what they pay for. Overall, its OK for general use, but WONT work for anything in the audio, or linear range as the noise is too great.
I give it a seven out of ten score.

Everything I could see led me to believe I was ordering a handheld DMM for a good price. What I got was just an accessory for the meter I didnt get. Of course, it turned out that the accessory was what was on the order, but it was some slick manipulation of the cart selections that put it there. other 2 were out of stock. I used to be very positive about this site but lately have found that it is awful. There is no way to communicate directly with them - their 'chat now' function does not work, there is no way to directly ask for a refund or to cancel an order (these functions also do not work). I reckon something bad has happened to BG and will not be ordering from them in the future. They do not maintain their website properly, they have become very hard to communicate with and are generally now very unreliable.
