Great experience with Stroud Homes Ballarat – I did a fair amount of due diligence before settling on Stroud Homes Ballarat. One of the things that struck me was the range of designs, which I found so much better than the volume builders. Once I sat down with Simon to begin the process though, it became apparent that anything I didn't want or like was fully customizable or changeable. One the design process was complete Brad and his team of builders completed the job with excellent workmanship and the minimum of fuss. Weekly photo and video updates were provided which were a fantastic help when I couldn't get to visit the site very often. They may cost a little more than the volume builders, but their attention to quality in the build more than makes up for that. The true test is whether I would use them again, and yes I certainly would, they did a great job for me.
