4.2Not great, paid $150.00 for a product that is has numerous faults and is not useable – I purchased a refurbished Samsung S7 Phone through this company, shortly before Christmas. This afternoon I opened up the package to get the phone working, before I return to work tomorrow morning. Almost as soon as I turned the phone on, I could see there were issues. Firstly, the language was set to German, so I think the android operating system, may be international and not set here for Australia? (Which can create problems, right from the get-go) I changed the language to English, but there is STILL clearly an issue with the android operating system (it would constantly state that the android system was uploading and do this over and over again) Then I could not get past the create a Samsung account and then sign in with your Samsung account (even though I went through all the steps and did, actually successfully create a Samsung User Account (I have email proof to verify this) and then there is the fact the phone gets very hot, and finally the battery is not charging and the charge that was left in the phone, completely died, turning the whole damn thing off!!! I have wasted my entire afternoon into the evening trying to get this product to work. I am flabbergasted that this product got through ANY quality checks at all! I got the phone (roughly two and half weeks ago) and have not attempted to use it until today...........so other than attempt to get it to operate, it is done nothing.......I have not even been able to make a single phone call on the damned thing!!! NOT good enough CELLECT!!! You need to send your customers products, that are FIT FOR PURPOSE!!!
