claims to provide quality service to its customers. I would not recommend Collect Mobile to anyone looking for a reliable phone provider. Their service is subpar and their customer support is lacking. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.

(Which can create problems, right from the get-go) I changed the language to English, but there is STILL clearly an issue with the android operating system (it would constantly state that the android system was uploading and do this over and over again) Then I could not get past the create a Samsung account and then sign in with your Samsung account (even though I went through all the steps and did, actually successfully create a Samsung User Account (I have email proof to verify this) and then there is the fact the phone gets very hot, and finally the battery is not charging and the charge that was left in the phone, completely died, turning the whole damn thing off!!! I have wasted my entire afternoon into the evening trying to get this product to work. I am flabbergasted that this product got through ANY quality checks at all! I got the phone (roughly two and half weeks ago) and have not attempted to use it until today...........so other than attempt to get it to operate, it is done nothing.......I have not even been able to make a single phone call on the damned thing!!! NOT good enough CELLECT!!! You need to send your customers products, that are FIT FOR PURPOSE!!!

Good refurbished phone, but had an undisclosed fault – I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 - the phone was pretty good overall, but the headphone port doesn't work. I was still using my old phone for about 6 months after this purchase, so I didn't realise until it was too late to return. I've spoke with every arrogant moron up to management and they all repeat the same jargon like parrots. I explain my situation etc, in detail and no rapport no compassion. Just repeating parrots about their nonsense 30 day policy. I've had to go through consumer protection to request a refund. 1300 304 054 Under Australian consumer rights they're in the wrong, as it's up to the consumer to choose whether they want a refund or credit or a replacement. No matter they're said polices they politely arrogantly try to rip you off through. Do not do business with these morons!!! I tried my best to get a refund and look after an Aussie business, but they are greedy painful rip offs. You don't want to go through the frustrating stressful ordeal I'm going through!!!

One thing i would recommend Cellect Mobile incorporate on their website is Afterpay as a payment method in order to make purchasing more accessible to everyday customers so as not to have to search and buy through an alternative marketplace seller that offers Afterpay such as Kogan.
