Wonderful service – Originally I had called because I needed spare parts for our 8 year old trampoline, with 3 children it does get used everyday. David was so helpful and went beyond to ensure we were happy and ensured it was cost effective for us. Great service is hard to come by at any time, but David was so professional and understanding to our needs. My kids love this trampoline and have had already 8 years of fun, bouncing on the Springfield trampoline.
