TOLL is the worst courier company I have come across last 20 years – The TOLL courier didn't even knock - he called my door - he left the card in the mailbox with the notice: no one was at home. I have a recording from a CCTV camera - footage shows that the courier immediately threw the card into the post office box with the following: SORRY WE MISSED YOU.
I have been calling HELPDESK for over a week and every day I hear a same lady from Philipine, which repeat every day like an automat that it does not have access to the details related to the process of delivering my parcel.

They did not finally deliver the parcels without giving a reason. An eBay seller had to ship my item via AusPost
I advise against anyone who would like to use their services.
