Best building experience by the best builders! – We are coming up to 12 months in our home and couldn't be happier. I wanted to be able to write a review not only based on the building experience, but the after-care once completed as this is just as important as the build process. We can honestly say, you will be hard pushed to find a better builder than Stroud Homes Ballarat. Prior to meeting the Stroud team we had chosen to build with another "volume" builder. But after being disappointed time and time again, before we even signed a contract, we decided we deserved better. Given this was our dream home and final time building (we had built 4 times before) we needed to find a builder that cared and didn't just treat us like a number. From our first phone call, to handover day, the Stroud team never disappointed us. They were honest, reasonable and considerate every step of the build. Their communication was admirable especially during lockdowns when we were unable to see the progress in person. Our home is everything we have dreamt of and more and the quality has exceeded our expectations. Every trade we've hired has asked who built our house as they are so impressed with the quality. Stroud also didn't disappoint with the after-care. Although we've had minimal issues, they've been rectified quickly. We can't thank the team at Stroud Homes Ballarat enough, for the wonderful experience, the friendship we developed and most importantly, our amazing home!
