Awesome service – Just wanted to say I’m very impressed with your customer service. Two days ago I contacted via the online chat on your website about issues on our 8-9yo springfree trampoline which was on the verge of breaking. Your representatives were very quick to reply and came up with a solution via email and follow up phone calls. Yesterday the frame actually broke. This morning a new trampoline was delivered and installed, and the broken one taken away. I have never had customer service that was so quick before. The installer was also friendly and efficient and did a great job of dismantling the old one. We look forward to many more years of springfree bouncing!
