3 weeks and counting – Three weeks ago I purchased some limited release beers from a cellar in Melbourne who promptly had the package collected by E Go. I received an email from E Go with a tracking number and the advice of 2 to 3 days transit. A week after receiving the email, and with no tracking history to date I made contact with the cellar who made contact with E Go. No response from them. Two days later a copy and paste email is received stating blah blah Covid blah blah heaps of online shopping blah blah it will turn up soon. A week later and still nothing. More emails. This time 'hmmm, no movement would indicate that it could be in a warehouse or on a pallet with other packages. Give it a day and we will see if it scans'. Two very heated emails later (because they don't offer a phone number) and they have found the package....still in their Melbourne warehouse. That was three days ago. Tracking says it's booked to go to Sydney (I'm in QLD) but it's not moved.

Avoid these cowboy's. Totally useless. Ask the question to the sender as to who they use and if it's E-Go, book someone else to transport it.
