collected. There is no phone number for e-go only a message section, rang the crowd that had said to book through them. Given I now had a consignment number and it was already in their system they went to collect it on the 2nd of March!!! Using the tracking it then went to Melbourne multiple times before coming back out and "being in depot" on the 10th. I rang again on the 13th and they said someone would get back to me when it magically appeared a few hours later. The packaging has been through the absolute ringer. Thankfully the goods are unharmed but looks like it's been bouncing around in Raju's van for 3 weeks judging by the state of it

loaded and wrapped onto a pallet, yet it ends up very damaged on delivery. One of the photos shows it being picked up with the truck backing in and the others show the result of the transportation. Unfortunately the buyer did not have insurance, but even so, how it ended up in such a condition from e-go couriers is disgraceful. Because it wasn’t insured, the company representative said that they are not responsible for the condition it arrives in. So if you want to use a company that discards all responsibility for how they treat your goods, e-go is for you. I gave them one star because they collected on time but I would take it away given they damaged the goods in transit.
Follow-up · The delivery took longer than the estimation, but the tracking was accurate. No packaging was supplied. The company fraudulently charges for services that the sender did not order. A tile-lift has not been ordered. The recipient has their own forklift to unload the pallets. of the receiver unloading the pallets using their own forklift. Their hired couriers are dishonest and make fraudulent claims. We send a report to Fair Trading and the ACCC. This is the second time we have been charged for a service that was not needed and ordered. Therefore, this will no longer be considered a mistake. It will be recognized as fraud.

additional charges they applied post order and they have ignored every email request. They have been posting charges to my credit card after the original commissioning of the job, offering no notice or detail of the variations, sometimes 20% more. We couldn't possibly be getting the measurements of each box wrong, every single time. My emails have been ignored when I have requested the details/evidence to justify this so called sundry charge. Furthermore I didn't think they were allowed to retain credit card/paypal details on file etc to enable them to do this, unless you agree fir this to happen.
The last consignment was the final straw for me, i won't be using them again, they had the hide to charge me $22 more as a sundry charge 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting to be told what it was for, the extra invoice just refers to a sundry charge again and to refer to policy, and that was after making me wait 14 days for the pickup/collection. The carton then arrived in such poor condition due to the way it was handled, how could any variation be justified.
I think their back at depot measurement process needs recalibration or they need to change their pricing model/charging policy to allow for a small margin of error, if that is indeed what the problem is.
Very disappointing, non-existent customer service, no attempt to provide justification for any one of those extra charges i have received.

How they charge extra with no chance to compain – I lodged a parcel with e-go using the correct sizes and weight of the box. Which we had measured with a tape measure. After lodgment I received an email to say that the box was bigger the measurements we had provided. booking: 125 x 26 x 53 Dimensions captured by our system: 125 x 28 x 59.4 An email was sent to them with pictures of the actual sizes of the box. When I queried it with them they came back and replied their system is accurate. After the second email requesting the refund even though I provided proof of the size of the box no more correspondence was received by e-go. I have used this company previously but now would not recommend them on the chance that I get overcharged and have no option of getting a refund when I provide proof of the actual sizes of the item that was sent

for a couple of days, I guess there was a miscommunication between the sender and e-com. Since it's arrived at a depot in Sydney, the process seems quite flawless. One amazing thing is I could trace my parcel in real-time! My thought is that the Hunter Express is a viable option when you can be a bit of patient and communicate with them proactively. Because I was able to see how many items were in the queue before mine and how far it's from my location, I found it's convenient to predict the arrival time. I'm aware there are many negative feedback on their service, I guess it depends on some exceptional cases such as undeliverable address or depot's issue or the system fault.

the holiday weekend backlog, to a house in Sydney. Receiver of wheels was very happy as was I because it was a relatively inexpensive service. Tracking info. was good. I would definitely use again. Goes to show you can not always judge a business by the reviews it gets either that or I have just been lucky 4 times in a row but I don't think that is the case. I think many people, not all!, who complain here have just created problems for themselves and then want to vent about it online.
Melbourne to Adelaide – Delivey was one day late but over the Christmas period that is to be expected. Seemed ok/easy to book and pay online.However they added fees for the package being bigger than the booked size (which it may have been by a cm!) but then they proceeded to add a charge that was more than the original fee. Would never use again. Avoid at all costs! Show details

Impossible to deal with any issue. Failed delivery charged for, re-arranged charged again. No way to stop them from keep charging more and more for a non-service. Customers receive damaged goods often, but the worse is the allocated pickup times. Some bookings we have been waiting for two weeks for pickup and of course, no one can really help except it will be picked up the next business day. We would honestly recommend adding a few dollars and booking with another company to save yourselves the headaches. It really is not worth it, when you have customers that are awaiting goods, you have to contact E-GO to get updates. We understand times are tough now, but it really is not worth it. thought! 6 months later they have the audacity to take $130 from my account without my consent and I received an email advising me that they had taken it due to incorrect measurements! It is illegal to take money from someones account , they did not contact me or email me prior to doing this. There is no way to call them and I have generated an email through there Web site and no one has responded! I'm filing a complaint with fair trading , I have also contacted my bank to dispute it !
