Dreadful worst service of all the carriers. do NOT use – i'm still waiting on a parcel that arrived in melbourne 9th march . i've paid duty on it to aust.customs but cannot get an update throught the rep. Romeo. he now refuses to reply to me.The sooner this company goes broke the better for everyone. Finally had to collect myself from NAVIA LOGISTICS After parcel handed to PARCEL RIGHT. No service from any of them all seem of same ilk .once i gave bad feedback they had me in the gun. I would avoid DAI POST. PARCEL RIGHT and NAVIA LOGISTICS like they have the plague. or if you use expect no service .

Since above service got worse, sooner this sorry excuse for a courier company goes out of business the better so unsuspecting customers don't get lured in.Parcel handed to Parcel Right for final delivery then it got lost .When found found it was with Navia Logistics where i had to personally collect .rude people AVOID ALL 3 COMPANIES as listed .all in cohoots where non service is their speciallity.You will be sorry if you use any one of them
