It’s okay – They have good quality tutors and awesome content programs. The only thing that needs to be improved is the customers support phone line. It’s so hard to reach out for help. Their phone line was never connected and exchanging emails took forever for a reply. Also the downside is the tutors kept on canceling in the last minute or swapping because their availabilities were constantly changing almost every week.
