The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service! – Gotta question why a company like Origin ... who makes BILLIONS of dollars ... needing to outsource to cheap, overseas call centres to save money ... when there are MILLIONS of people in THIS country who need work!

Honestly, the WORST customer service experience OF MY LIFE!!!! If you need to call them, BE PREPARED to waste an hour NOT GETTING ANYWHERE ... and feeling the need to take a sedative!!!! The person answering will ask you a hundred irrelevant questions ... and then tell you they need to transfer you to someone else. That "someone else" will do the same. Once you get through to the third or fourth person, 10 minutes in ... they'll tell you that they don't know how to help you and will ask if you mind holding while they find out who CAN. After which, they will come back-and-forth asking more questions ... each hold period lasting more than 7 minutes ...

When they come back to you a 4th time ... with intermittent (often repetitive) asinine questions ... you blow your stack and raise your voice ... asking to speak to a supervisor!

You're then put on hold for at least another 12 minutes ... while contemplating jumping off your balcony ... but remaining calm because hell ... you've come this far ...

... then ... after your blood pressure goes through the roof and you've had a massive coronary ... you demand they just put you through to a manager, trying not to yell again from fear of being put on hold for another 12 minutes!

You then spend 5 more minutes being put on hold for shorter spurts while the rep is speaking with someone else and acting as a go-between. I ask ... are you speaking with a supervisor? They tell me 'yes'. I then ask, "why not just put them on the phone rather than being the middle man?" To which they put me on hold again!!!!!!! (for 4 more minutes) ... only to come back to me to tell me that the supervisor is unavailable!!!!!!!

UNBELIEVALBE!!!!!

I finally get through to the "proper department" (apparently) ... who tells me they need to "consult with a colleague".

... more backwards and forwards ...

And then... BELIEVE IT OR NOT ... the line goes dead!!

TWO MINUTES SHORT OF AN HOUR of PURE TORTURE!!!!!

Ugh .... I need to now be institutionalized!!!!

Oh ... almost forgot, if you ask them to put you through to someone in AUSTRALIA in order to complain ... you get taken on another wild goose chase ... and after another 3 to 4 people, you get told that they don't have the facility to transfer calls to Australia and that I will have to call back and cross my fingers and hope I actually GET someone in Australia ... AND if not ... to KEEP RINGING!!!!
