Residential: I like the fixed monthly payment. But I notice that the Account fee was increased by over 32% in July 2025, from .1633 to 0.2207 daily. On 1st January 2026 it increased again by 23% to 0.2718. Also the unit Conversion rate shot up 2.55% in January to the highest in over 3 years - why? Show details

either continue to pay over 50c a day, or a removal fee of $180, when I have no gas appliances, but I will do it, as that 50c/day will add up pretty quickly.

 Follow-up  · I have no gas appliances as I have solar panels and batteries that easily provide enough power to run everything. Also, I do not believe we should still be mining/drilling for gas and destroying habitat. Using gas for heating and cooking in the home is linked to significant, and often underestimated, adverse health effects.

Just back from my local hardware store they advise Kleenheat has upped the price of a 45kg bottle $20 to $185. They say it is because of the war in the middle east? I'm thinking price gouging. Show details

Kleenheat have a good idea on their plans and accounts but what frustrates me is, whenever I connect with them, they charge some [Content Removed] amount every month to get in the credit by some fantastical amount. gas stove, like ever, and only use gas for water. So, they debit my account like $120 or more per month, when history shows that I only ever use around $20-$35 per month. But nah, they still insist on some [Content Removed] default amount and in the end when I move house, I have to stuff around to close the account. So, I write this review to put Kleenheat on notice for their crazy policies.

My query was quickly sorted out by Alvin. My only issue is with Kleenheat not clearly showing that an outstanding balance on your account invoice will not be direct debited but be cleared by your monthly installments. This was my first invoice from Kleenheat, so now I understand how it works, it should be all good. Show details

Big thanks to Kleenheat who last night (on the emergency number) told me to call back in the morning during business hours. Luckily I called ATCO instead who had two trucks out within the hour and prevented an incident affecting our complex of 14 units blowing out into the whole street and knocking out the gas for hundreds of people. I get a decent discount with flybuys and RAC so the value for money is there. My only suggestion is allowing for a set minimum direct debit amount so that the fluctuations can be budgeted for effectively instead of changing every 3 months Show details

Fantastic Service Support from Amun – Online chat with Amun was awesome! He was so helpful with trying to troubleshoot with my password issues. He stayed online to chat with me after I told him that I can’t use audio calls as I’m Deaf when asking me if I could call the troubleshooting team with my password issue. Still not solved yet, but I have one more thing to try. He made a process to raise an escalation so I could get support in case I have problems with my password again. Show details

Christmas Day - just that one time of year to block out the rest of the world and be with families. This really should have never occurred as Kleenheat have been around for a long time.
