Whenever I need to change anything on my account/have any questions, it really couldn't be easier. Some of the best customer service I've had anywhere. I dealt with Jamie in this instance and she was fantastic, straight to the point and friendly.

Ok until they arent
They have been great for the MANY years we have used them. Recently we moved house to a new address with no gas connection, got a final read on our current rental only to discover a gas leak has us owing nearly 1k. Other utility providers can acknowledge this and offer an immediate discount, however Kleenheat basically said to bad - and offered me a payment plan. They said because it was maintenance on the property that's up the real estate. I will never use them again in the future. When I said this - the girl again just offered a payment plan. No customer service whats so ever
Poor customer service from contractors
Kleenheat staff friendly enough but their Manjimup contractor Mitre 10 have terrible customer service and are plain out rude. Will not return to any mitre 10 store because of this and am now signed up with their competitor

Room for improvement
I rang Kleenheat today with genuine concern and questions about the recent natural gas bill that had been issued to my account last month that was paid for already and then the new invoice to my account that I had received this morning, so I rang for clarification and a resolution.
Initially, I was met with lovely team members Sam and Tarek who I had discussed my account with and concerns. They were wonderful and accomodating as was their supervisor Diana who handled my complaint I had put forward at the end of the day.
Unfortunately, on top ...of the frustration of having to understand how and why I was billed again & the inconvenience of paying more on the newly amended gas bill to add to the headache I was unfortunate to have a customer service representative by the name of Katie at one point who answered my call whom I had a disappointing experience with. I updated this representative with my account billing situation, what Sam and I had discussed previously & the purpose of my call now, which was to ask a few more questions which she dismissively said “You should know you aren’t the only one, we’ve had other customers with this problem.” What an incompetent and irrelevant response to my own queries. Where is the help in that statement?

Great Service From Rachel Online Chat
Had to get my overdue bill sorted out, and was chatting to Rachel via Kleenheat online chat. She was amazing, very helpful, kind, courteous and very understanding towards my current financial issues at the moment. Helped me set up a quick payment plan. Thank you :)
Upon receiving an invoice with an 'estimated' rather than 'scheduled' meter reading, with the notation that the meter box was locked, I was concerned as the meter box is always accessible. No locks or fences. I contacted Kleenheat and the very helpful CSO Bonnie investigated the matter and advised it was an error and any anomaly would be adjusted on the next account. She also discovered I was entitled to an extra discount with my seniors card and applied that we well.

Hi what is your deals on electricity for pensioners
Hi Clyde, currently Kleenheat is only able to retail electricity to small commercial users. We are currently waiting for the residential consumer market to deregulate. Once the market deregulates Klee...nheat will be looking at retailing electricity - but for now we only retail natural gas and LPG to residential households.
What price for a6.6 kilowatt system using quality monocrystaline panel’s and inverter
