Just back from my local hardware store they advise Kleenheat has upped the price of a 45kg bottle $20 to $185. They say it is because of the war in the middle east? I'm thinking price gouging. Show details

Residential: I like the fixed monthly payment. But I notice that the Account fee was increased by over 32% in July 2025, from .1633 to 0.2207 daily. On 1st January 2026 it increased again by 23% to 0.2718. Also the unit Conversion rate shot up 2.55% in January to the highest in over 3 years - why? Show details

either continue to pay over 50c a day, or a removal fee of $180, when I have no gas appliances, but I will do it, as that 50c/day will add up pretty quickly.

Ive had excellent service from Kleenheat Gas in WA for the 9 years since mid 2017. In the past two years my monthly charge has increased 60% for no change in my circumstances. Most business models prioritise attracting customers than rewarding loyalty. It's my only reason for making a change. Show details
