False warranty advertising – Bought a mattress in myer store cost 6400. After 6 months following instructions of care the mattress lost the shape in the middle, very uncomfortable to sleep as it has a mountain in the middle. Every day I am waking up with lower back pain! So please be aware all the extra luxurious top in your mattress will become your nightmare! Asked the warranty team and they assess the warranty through pictures, then they told me is normal body contouring! Then they offered to check the mattress for 150 dollars extra! $ Aud 6400 compared with a $ AUD 600 mattress from IKEA much better quality! Stay away from this brand, is very expensive and is not excellent as they advertise plus warranty is fake!
