Best Decision I Ever Made 10 Years Ago – Springfree Australia: Just want to say how much we love our Springfree trampoline and HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who is considering a trampoline to purchase one!
After much debate and research into whether or not our accident-prone children could enjoy the benefits of a trampoline in safety and ALOT of calls to your customer service line at their busiest peak time - pre-Christmas - which assured me they could, I made one of the best decisions of my life to purchase your large oval trampoline nearly 10 years ago.
Not only has it provided my family of 7 (2 adults & 5 kids - yes, we adults love it too) - and our extended family and friends endless hours of fun over the years but the quality of the product is a testament as it continues to stand the test of time and extreme use as the kids are now ten years older (big teenagers and still continue to use it on a daily basis).
My sister also purchased a smaller one shortly after for her smaller family when she saw the quality, safety and fun factor the trampoline provided.
We have had to move house over six times since we initially purchased it and that means assembling & disassembling as many times too and we chose to do this by ourselves. The first time we didn't read the instructions properly so had an assembly issue, but a quick call to the customer service easily put us on the right path and it was up in no time. The instructions have developed over the years to be more easy and efficient with video demonstrations and QR coding for smartphones. My sister though loves the assembly and disassembly relocation service - she is happy to pay for the ease of having your installers come and do it for her with ease!
I work in a customer service based industry and I must say that yours is absolutely fantastic ! Always answered by a real person, lovely to talk to, helpful in every way and I never feel rushed whatever my query, I always hang up happy and satisfied. If I have a problem with assembly, I know I can call you and the issue will be resolved ! I love that I can replace parts easily if anything does happen. I had an issue with my frame a couple years ago and although I was happy to pay to replace it, YOUR customer service officer checked my customer file - which incredibly you update and have all the details from first day of purchase - and found it was still under warranty and offered a replacement frame free of charge (shipping not included). Amazing ! The follow up service is incredible as well.
