Don't buy from any site that uses Toll – Toll take no accountability for the items in their possession, for notifying you OR the seller if there is an issue with the shipment, and won't take any accountability for the service they have contracted with the seller. As a customer it means you have to chase the seller to then chase Toll to try to find a solution. Hundreds of unreturned calls and messages and no resolutions. There are a lot of better services out there that are faster, more reliable, and take more accountability for the delivery contracts that they enter into with sellers.

Incidentally, their customer services agents also lie through their teeth, which means you can be told the complete opposite of prior advice on each call you make.

Just not worth it. I will actually choose where I buy now based on whether they use Toll.
