Good customer service & quick refund on claim – I recommend TID when travelling overseas. Recently travelled to Thailand/Phuket and had my bag misplaced in Australia. I spoke to TID Rep from Thailand and I was told the procedure in purchasing new clothes, shoes and other necessities and what TID required from me to process my claim back in Australia.
Unfortunately there was a little delay obtaining all the paper from the airline but once I lodge the claim I had my refund within 10 days.
Moral of the story is make sure you have all reports and relevant paperwork so it doesn't get declined or delayed.
