Increased popularity/Commercial influence that's poisoned the purpose – Theres certain brands affiliated with prominent members that seem to have a squeaky clean reputation. When users share a negative experience (e.g. Lenovo) the comment is swiftly downvoted to the point it's automatically recalls the negative vote for the deal in question. It manipulates the accuracy of peer reviews and placing a weight on opinion (and employees who can swiftly remove any negative votes on the deal) The mods are usually quite helpful but there's a huge flaw that seems to go unnoticed. The community itself has changed over the years and is hostile and quick to call mistakes of users that may not be used to the website/OZB etiquette.
