Unable to refund due to change of mind – Hello. I just placed an order at 9.45 online with Springfree. However, straight afterwards I realised it was not something we need. I called their "Help" Line and was put on hold for ages. Then they informed me that it was too late and I would not be able to cancel the order. I begged with them as I haven't received the order, but they wouldn't listen. I have never been so horrified! In fact, I think they processed the payment while I was on the phone so that they could enforce their policy!!! NEVER BUY FROM SPRINGFREE! They are unreasonable.
