Great experience during not so great times – Every single person we dealt with went absolutely above and beyond what I would consider quality service. The few issues and delays (none of which were within their control) were clearly communicated to us with plenty of notice. Considering how difficult the current economic climate is, especially for residential builders, I am genuinely surprised at how smooth and positive the entire experience was. The final cost of the build was exactly what was expected, there were no hidden costs or additional fees, and Stroud was completely transparent about pricing. We are absolutely in love with the beautiful home they have built for us, and I can't recommend Stroud Homes Brisbane North strongly enough. 10/10 would build again
