Package not delivered but I was refunded in the end – Update: Pack n send reached out to me following this review. Apologized and refunded me in Full. Hence, I am upgrading this to a 4 star based on customer services. ============================ I booked a courier through PacknSend. It was to go to Amazon in Dandenong which I have done several times before. PacknSend use couriers please for delivery and courier specified return reason as being - "Banned site meaning, the driver cannot deliver due to them (receiver) refusing delivery due to Corona Virus and excessive delivery time. " My argument is if it was a BLACKLISTED SITE, why did your system even accept the package for delivery. End result was I was left out of pocket of $25 Further the package was not returned to me for 3 weeks and I had to chase several times. Absolutely Ridiculous!!
