Hopeless customer service and communication – I ordered two phones, unfortunately one of the phones received was not as described/ordered (wrong colour, poor condition with deep scratches on screen and damage to speaker and microphone). Despite making several email/webmail attempts to make contact with Customer service (and the third party seller) to have the problem fixed, I have had no response or contact from either Reebelo or the seller. I cant find a phone number for either party (deliberately absent from contact info), and I have no way of speaking to anyone about the problem.
