PrixCar
3.1Ruined my car battery and terrible customer service – Dealership organised PrixCar to deliver car, which they did. Driver got it off the truck and onto the street before leaving. Not long after when I tried using the car for the first time it did not start. Roadside assist had to be called and it was established that the delivery team had left the inside car lights on, drained and ruined the battery. It cost me $277 to get a new battery put in place so I could drive the car for the first time. The company have said they are taking no responsibility. I sent them video footage from my front of house security cameras confirming my story, however instead of taking responsibility they tried diagnosing the car problem from listening to the videos and claimed it was a mechanical fault and not the battery, despite the fact roadside assist physically inspected the car, replaced the battery, and I have had no issues since - 3 weeks later. They also presented a document saying I signed off on the car being in good condition on delivery, which is false, it is not my signature and my video footage shows at now stage did the driver have me sign anything. The delivery driver himself was a nice guy, but the customer service staff and support has been terrible. I would encourage others to use another delivery company.
