Beautiful Home – We have been in our new Stroud home now for around three months following its timely completion during difficult times, and we are completely satisfied. We were pleased with the way we were able to substantially change the standard Stroud plan to suit our site and specific requirements. We were also pleased that wherever possible, local suppliers and trades are used for Stroud builds This benefits the local community and also enabled us to easily go and check out products and services with them ( eg joinery, windows, tiles etc.). The quality of the workmanship,(and particularly the finish ) achieved by all trades is excellent. We enjoyed very good communication with the team at all times, receiving regular updates and inspections of the work. Since handover, Stroud staff have maintained contact, and ensured minor issues were attended to promptly. We are happy to recommend Stroud Ballarat as quality home builders.
