Much loved tramp with a faulty mat replaced outside the warranty conditions – We have had the tramp for about 3 years which is used every day by our son. Unfortunately the stitching started to come apart at the ends of the mat, I posted a warranty claim on the mat knowing it was out of its warranty period and Springfree replaced the mat without hesitation and it was shipped immediately.
