Trouble free building – Stroud Ballarat gave us a feeling of confidence from the moment we walked into their office. Sam was great at helping us find an excellent plan & made some terrific suggestions that improved it even further. The build was quickly underway & the weekly updates from Brad were a highlight (such a personal touch). Construction progressed at a very rapid rate, a few issues popped up, but they were dealt with quickly & efficiently via email/phone discussions with Simon & Brad - nothing was a major problem. The end result was more than we expected - fast & efficient we were in our new home 4 months from build start, 8 months after we signed! The house was completed at the cost we agreed on & earlier than expected, with very good quality fit & finish. Every tradesman on site was happy to talk to us as owners & performed their work professionally and with a great eye for detail. Many mentioned that they loved working for Stroud Homes. Can't ask for more. Been living here for 3 weeks & loving it. We felt "at home" from the very first day.
