4.1Shortchanged me. They shipped me an 'mini' version of a graphics card – Only found out when I contacted Nvidia for support. gave them my part number and they confirmed its a 'Galax RTX2060 Mini' ( https://www.galax.com/en/graphics-card/20-series/2060-series/galax-geforce-rtx-2060ex-white-mini-1click.html ) not the 'RTX2060' ( https://www.galax.com/en/graphics-card/20-series/2060-series/galax-geforce-rtx-2060ex-white-1click.html ) I thought I purchased as indicated in my order.
The mini has 80mm fans compared to the RTX2060s 90mm fans which directly increases performance, resale value and it's not what I purchased. I even asked for a 2060 in the order comments!
Avoid these guys.

Luke your company Techfast and I have exchanged multiple emails. Both graphics card even have different UPC codes or barcodes. You have short changed me. I'll leave the manufacturers product pages for both different products here and let future customers decide for themselves. Galax RTX2060 Mini' ( external link ) instead of a Galax 'RTX2060' ( external link ) . I ordered the RTX2060. I didn't want the smaller model with smaller fans.
I have reached out to you via several different methods in an effort to resolve this with you. Please reply if you would like to work with me on this.

Hi L Pag. Sorry to read that your PC may not have met your expectations and I've taken your feedback on board with regard to product descriptions. Without an order number or details provided in the back end of this review it is difficult to make direct comment here, other than to say that the Galax RTX 2060 Mini is indeed a model in Galax's RTX 2060 product lineup, and matches the description of what was ordered.
Kind regards Luke
