Be warned techfast has now gone into voluntary administration and has paused shipping all orders. I'm trying to get a refund through PayPal but will otherwise need to present as a creditor.
Spent nearly $5000 on my system because i wanted to treat myself to something nice and not have to worry about any issuess , I though being a big company selling lots of custom builds That i would be looked after if something went wrong . Not even a year in my PC has died and now im quite possibly stuck with a 5k RGB paperweight . Hopefully I can get my money back . Wish me luck guys .
Company went into voluntary administration one day after I placed my order. I only found out about it when I emailed them to chase up where my PC was. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They advised me they will not be processing orders or refund due to going into voluntary administration. Kind of coincidental how that happened at the exact time they were heavily marketing their products and pushing people to buy now for the summer sale or whatever. Show details

I have recently purchased a 5080/7800x3d build and im blown away. From not owning a pc before I didnt know what to expect and im extremely happy with it. It was a long process to get the pc built and sent but was within their estimated time frame. Good customer service with responding to emails Show details
New gaming pc didn’t last a month and stopped working, tried reaching them out. Took them almost 24 hrs for every reply. Customer service gaming pc. 1/10 Show details
TL;DR: I would recommend them, as long as you're aware that you're buying high end equipment at 50% of the price, which can RARELY come with faulty equipment. If you do cop a lemon, however, they will absolutely fix it under warranty. My experience with TechFast was such a rollercoaster that I wasn't sure if we were getting to a one or a five… Read more
star review- but we've landed on 5.
I bought a build with a GeForce 5080 GPU, Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 32GB DDR5 6000Mhz RAM, 3tb of SSD space and an X870 motherboard for 3k below the retail price competitors charged for the same specs.
They were fast on the service, communicative (I'm a noob and had a HEAP of questions), and provided plenty of support to help me get up and running.
Unfortunately when I got the PC, it wouldn't boot/post consistently. They were extremely helpful during this, and I dropped it back to them (I live locally). They replaced the RAM and CPU at no cost.
Unfortunately (again), the computer had a separate issue, and I discovered that there was damage to the motherboard (very difficult to see but I was looking with a fine toothed comb at this point). They immediately replaced it.
This was a week or so ago, and since then I've been living the dream. This PC runs anything at max graphics for 12+ hours at a time (don't judge me I'm on leave lol), it looks bloody beautiful, and has been worth every penny.
WHY AM I RATING THEM 5 STARS DESPITE THE ABOVE? I paid 3.5k for this setup. Aftershock has the same specs listed for about 6.5-7 grand. Was the warranty process inconvenient? Yes. Was it 3 thousand dollars inconvenient? Absolutely not.
Something I also noticed when I brought the PC in is that the first time their carpark and bins were empty. The next time, barely 3 days later, not only were both recycling bins completely full, but half of their entire car park was also full of empty PC part packaging, yet I only ever saw maybe 5 blokes running (and I mean RUNNING) around. What I'm saying is, they're busy as anything, and my experience shows me they are trying their best.
In summary, I recommend techfast. The forecast is sunny with a chance of lemons, yes, but you're paying 50% of what you'd pay otherwise and have warranty- and they seem to hit about 85% of the time from online reviews, and gladly assist and help when they don't.
They're a local business trying to get people access to parts they ordinarily wouldn't, and they're doing it with genuine intent. All I'd recommend is potentially hiring more people to tighten up quality control/expand testing before the units get sent out, bump that success rate up to 99%!
I have now been dealing with their support for about 2 weeks, my initial purchase was a brand new build but the build was stuffed, you could not run multiple monitors on a 5080 with a r7 9803xd.... my old i5 with a 3070 ran better than this lemon, they just sent me a replacement build after countless hours of troubleshooting, replacement graphics… Read more
cards and insisting it was cables despite my old computer working fine with the same cables. Constant black screens when running games.
Now their replacement build sounds like a helicopter. I'm not sure what these guys are doing but building quality pc's is not one of them.
Their support have been fine about it so far but I'm at the point of losing complete faith in these guys and seeking compensation.. i have wasted so much of my time and energy with these defective devices and now its looking like I am going to have re-install everything for a 4th time when and if they provide a 3rd attempt at building a pc.
I read some other reviews suggesting they don't have a phone number, which they don't but you can request a call back and they will speak to you which is where we finally started making some resolutions but at this point I'm just annoyed at the multiple failed attempts by them to send me a working device.
I've attached videos of the constant black screens from the first device and then a video of the 2nd device's helicopter-'esq' sounds.... 1 video is a screen recording so you can see its not the screens but the device itself the other you can see what it does to game colours on other applications, again had no issues and testing this out on 2 other devices with zero issues whatsoever, its the lemon pc from Techfest.
Maybe I'm just unlucky but this is my experience. I really hope I end up with a working device soon before im forced to process a chargeback.
I had pretty high expectations for the PC that I ordered. And it still went beyond what I expected, which is really nice. After I placed an order for around $4.4k, I was pretty intimidated by some of the super harsh bad reviews and seriously thought about cancelling everything and ask for a refund. But I'm glad I stuck out and gave them a chance.… Read more
The PC they delivered was absolutely excellent. It does wayyyy more than I need it to. Way beyond overkill to be honest. The replies to my emails were surprisingly fast. I think I'll be set with this PC for the next 8 years or so. Thank you team at Techfast for delivering a wonderful PC.
Incredible support from their support team (Christian) the PC came quickly and worked great with just a few hiccups which were likely my fault anyway 100% recommended to any aussie gamers Show details
Fantastic service! Prompt delivery! These guys are really great with communication, even though it’s been the busy season. Very happy teenager and very happy customer. Thank you Techfast
My son is over the moon with his new PC, this is his first PC and we chose Techfast because of the value for money on their PC options. We purchased the TechFast RTX 5060 Gaming PC: AMD Ryzen 5 5500, which after lots of research we decided was the best entry level option for our son with great specs. We upgraded the SSD to 1TB as suggested by my… Read more
brother who is an avid gamer. It runs very smoothly, excellent graphics, quiet machine & looks great with all the colours in the fans. We ordered during black friday sales and the PC arrived the week before Christmas, so very happy with the processing and delivery time frame during peak period!! I had one issue with the Windows activation key not working on set up, I emailed the support team and they were super quick to respond with correct key and issue was resolved the same day! Highly recommend Techfast!
It was very easy to navigate the store and find an AMD system that was priced at around $1000. The range of products available was good and then it was made excellent by the fact that you can customise most of the components put into your build (for an extra price). I have been very satisfied with my use of the PC built by TechFast for 2 years… Read more
after it was built. I had ran into a little inconvenience with my GPU seldom overheating a little bit at this point of time, however TechFast has guided me to ensure its longevity and safety by the advice below so I can transfer their build to another case with more airflow to the GPU.
I don't know many companies that provide quality products and ensure that you are able to look after them more than 2 years after purchase, great job TechFast! I look forward to my next purchase with you.

I ordered a custom RTX 5080 system from TechFast with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 32 GB DDR5 RAM, and a 360 mm AIO. The performance has been great and temps stay under control even during 3DMark stress tests and long gaming sessions. The build quality is solid, tidy cable management, no loose fittings, and it booted straight up with all drivers ready.… Read more
I’ve tested it with Red Dead 2, Apex Legends, 2042, borderlands and a few benchmarks and it performs exactly as expected: smooth 4 K gaming, great thermals (GPU sits around 45 - 55°C, CPU around 65 °C under load), and no stability issues.
Ordering and communication were straightforward. They updated me when parts changed, shipped on time, and packaged it safely.
Overall, TechFast delivered excellent value for a high-end build. It’s clear they know how to assemble and configure a system properly, and the performance speaks for itself. Would definitely recommend them if you want a clean, ready-to-go build without the markup of boutique shops.
Delivery took 20 days to Sydney, great email response times & helpful and the PC is great RTX 5070 & the Ryzen 5 7500F build for $1400, runs almost any 1440p game at high graphics with ease, would recommend! Show details
I was worried when I started reading reviews for this company after I had already bought from them and was waiting, well they were great, the pc was shipped within a week, all my emails were responded to within 12 hours and computer works great, only problem was aust post not getting it to me in express time but I can’t blame them for that… would recommend Show details

Everything was extremely easy to navigate, purchasing, options, delivery, product quality, care was put into the assembly, and I couldn't be happier with what I received. Great value for money as well! I could have easily purchased the parts separately and assembled it myself but the price for this pre-built was well worth saving myself the effort. Show details
Follow-up · Assembly care details that stood out: Professional cable management and packing protection strategically placed. Delivery was prompt and literally handed into my hands. I was most impressed by the ability to customise basically every part in the box. I also had to use their tech support (not due to anything from the suppliers end, my own fault) and the response I got was extremely detailed and VERY helpful.

Great value for the PC, which shipped fairly quickly. Easy to get it up and running when it arrived, and the couple of issues I had were quickly fixed by the tech support team - they even helped resolve a driver issue caused by a 3P update a long long time after delivery. Christian and Caleb were always quick to respond with clear, detailed and easy-to-follow directions. Show details

I purchased a computer for my partner, which failed to progress beyond the power-on stage. Instead of allowing a simple return, I was told to disassemble it, re-seat various components, and take photos. As a 64-year-old woman with limited vision, this proved incredibly difficult, imagine disassembling, reassembling, and re- seating blindfolded, I… Read more

I thought about contacting Consumer Affairs, I hadn't heard anything like it before, and what if I had damaged it further? And, what about their claim of vigorous testing? When I first saw the ram the pins on one side were flat and stuck under the video card.
I thought co- operating with them would get it back quicker. But then they then told me to open it up again, do more re-seating, and take more photos.
After we were finally allowed to post the machine back, we took a taxi to an accessible post office and it was a great relief to be rid the thing. Almost eight weeks after we ordered it, they sent it back saying they'd fixed the faulty CPU, only they got our address wrong and blamed us for the error (it managed to find its way to us first time). We had to retrieve it from a very busy Shopping Mall Post Office.
In short, the experience was so incredibly stressful and chaotic, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
We bought 3 pc for my sons one died on us did all the fault finding and couldn't find what was wrong so I sent it to Techfast but there found nothing wrong but when we got it back it was still faulty well I am a certified technician myself so I found the fault myself and it was the USB connectors on the motherboard so I haven't found a motherboard… Read more
