Fantastic team, amazing house! – Our new home was started by looking at our land with a Stroud Homes Wagga sign. That prompted us to go straight to Stroud Homes and speak with Mariah who was so happy to help us build our first home, she was very understanding on what we wanted and modified our home with some great ideas and some hints and tricks on where we could save a dollar or two to meet our lending requirements. Our next step was signing our contract with John who was so straight forward and gave us the run down on everything that would occur and sequencing of the build and gave us the confidence of the Stroud Wagga team that would be looking after us, he also created a Voxer group which made us feel included and open to discussion with the whole team at any time for any questions we had. We then moved onto Tammy the wonderful colour specialist. Tammy helped us envision our house in one afternoon, her vast knowledge of colour blending assisted in making the colours flow from the outside to the inside. Construction started and our visions started to come to life. Brett is an awesome construction manager and from our first walk through we knew we were in great hands. Brett's communication was 5 stars and would keep us in the loop about what had been completed and what was next on the list for the following week. Cassie was a great help with any questions we had about the process and keeping everything on track. Overall our whole build process from seeing the Stroud Homes Wagga sign on our land and opening the door for the first time as home owners was an amazing experience and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The house came together exactly our it was envisioned and look forward to many memories to be made. We would never hesitate to pick up the phone and build with Stroud Homes Wagga again. Thank you!!
