Absolutely atrocious business practices – The website heavily relies on the customer to post deals, however people running the website are absolutely pathetic at their jobs.

I would give the opinion if you ever see ozbargain listed on a resume, you seriously reconsider even looking at that person for future employment.

You don't need me to tell you how rubbish their customer service is, just try and contact someone at ozbargain and you'll find out no one ever replies.

I'm talking from ownership, to administration and moderators in particular, it's probably the biggest s*** show you ever see in your entire life.

I can't imagine anyone employed by this business could get a job anywhere else, because there's literally no customer service, no integrity, no decency.

The best advice I can give any business, anyone who spends their time on a website like this is to seek alternatives and create business for someone who appreciates you as a customer.

You can obviously see years and years of horrible reviews across multiple websites and no improvements made.

They don't even bother to respond.

Absolutely atrocious, in fact, I would be embarrassed if I owned ozbargain and I would be embarrassed if I was employed by this business.
