Horrible scam – I purchased a sim online on their website. Be careful with PayPal or any payment. They can keep charging you ongoing even if you don't authorize. Delete any future payments in account. Particularly if PayPal, delete permission post initial payment for sim. Lyca is a scam. Contact bank to block them if required. I have a case ongoing for over a month. They send email in illegible format as a strategy to avoid pay you back. TIO is very helpful in resolving the issue. You can get your money back fairly easily once TIO is involved.
