Excellent customer service and outstanding build quality – We engaged the Stroud Homes Ballarat team for our knock-down rebuild project that involved subdividing our land into three blocks and constructing three new homes. The project was quite complicated, and we were not experienced property developers. Simon, Brad and the whole Stroud Homes Ballarat team were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. They gave us advice and information that enabled us to make decisions with confidence at every stage of the project. They were able to work with our non-technical ideas and vision for our homes to deliver end results that are even better than we had hoped for. We particularly appreciated their clear communication, and the patience and good humour with which they explained everything. They have also attracted a great network of specialist subcontractors who share their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and friendly attitude. We took possession of our homes just over 18 months ago, and have had no major defects in any of the properties. We love living in our own Stroud home, and can't recommend Stroud Homes Ballarat highly enough. We have heard a few horror stories about other builders over the years, but the Stroud Homes Ballarat team truly delighted us. They genuinely cared about our needs, preferences and goals, and proactively solved a number of potential problems and challenges before they even arose.
