Great Builders building great homes – Further update to my review in March 2020. Well my forever home was completed in September 2020 and what more can I say other than that Simon & Brad of Stroud Homes Ballarat exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a quality home. The build was completed in the time frame given and was managed exceptionally well given that I do not live in Ballarat. I was kept up to date at all times and when Brad was on site he would phone to meet him there & would walk me through explaining where they were at. The workmanship of the tradies that were used was excellent and I had no issues at all. The final cost of the house was what was estimated when I first contacted them and there were none of the hidden extra costs that you often hear of with other builders. I would also like to say that I am now not so young, widowed and doing this build by myself so I was so lucky to find these great builders to build my forever home. I am sure they will go on to bigger & better things and to build a lot of beautiful homes in Ballarat and other areas. I wish them well.
