We recently moved into our new home, and A&L supplied our upgraded sliding doors. During handover, we identified a couple of issues and raised them with A&L.

To their credit, A&L took ownership of the issues and worked through several visits to ensure everything was fixed properly. One of their managers personally liaised with me throughout the process and kept me informed until all outstanding items were resolved.

I am very pleased with the outcome. The customer service was excellent, the team was professional and responsive, and the finished product looks fantastic.
