Never again... avoid Modern Roofing – I had my roof "restored" by modern several years ago. For starters they sub-contracted the job to another worker who started the job and then disappeared to work on his own house. After several phones calls he returned. The job itself looked OK once finished but the first rain revealed some huge problems - water was leaking in at many places, worse than pre-restoration. It took several calls before they would come out to inspect the damage and then tried to blame us for the problems - "oh you must have been walking around on the roof, not our problem". This was blatantly untrue - no one had been on the roof since the work was completed. The tried to weasel their way out of the 7 year warranty and it took threats to contact "A Current Affair" before they would do any repairs. Now years later the roof still leaks in places but I gave up on getting them back to fix it. I'm getting it done this time by a competent company. Do not trust Modern Roofing. Looked OK once finished Expensive and leaked worse than before they restored the roof
