Outstanding service – We have a 15 foot square large tramp I purchased second hand some years ago. I contacted Springfree, as I'd read you can buy accessories, as our mat had a hole and the stitching along the edges had come loose from the kids. Also the net had holes due to misuse and the zipper was broken etc, basically I didn't consider it safe as we share with our neighbours kids and they all love it. From first email contact Springfree were excellent. I sent pictures of the tramp over email, I was quoted on replacement Mat and Net, (very reasonable I must say) and I asked for it to be fitted. Within a week of paying for the quote, the installer contacted me via mobile as promised, delivered the products, and accessed the tramp and fitted the new net and mat. The tramp looks like new, and I'm happy knowing the kids will be jumping safely again, and it looks excellent. Cannot fault the service in any way, I'm a Spring Free customer for life.
