Lost sim. Unused account for 5 months. Terrible help/website – I have a kogan mobile sim card for an existing phablet. The sim in the phablet was giving trouble and I lost it after it was removed. May 2019, Sim now found. Phone does not work. Kogan's website endlessly directs to q&a's that state their questions and goes nowhere. I need to speak to help but it directs to Q&A's. Q&A's redirect to a phone number that redirects to help. I have a long standing account and existing phone number and need to get access to it. As the website goes round in circles with no answer, and my plan has 6 months of UNUSED data, I will definitely, absolutely, never use Kogan mobile again. I HAVE messaged them : I HAVE spoken to them. How difficult can if be to advise what is necessary to reconnect my phablet to a plan I have prepaid. You have been warned. Keep well away from this phone ? service. When things go wrong, it's the putting right that counts! Always read all the reviews on this site.

I am nearly deaf why cannot it be resolved in writing. No worries I am looking at other providers now.
