"We don't use doorbells" – I only realised the delivery guy was at the door because my dogs were barking. When I asked why he didn't ring the doorbell ... "we don't use those, you have to come to the door". This is verbatim, the video is attached. I was so confused (How do I know to come to the door if he doesn't ring the bell?) that he was off down the driveway, and then when I called "Sir" to him, he just ignored me. I went down to talk to him but he just kept ignoring me and drove off.
