I am extremely disappointed with this delivery service. My parcel was marked as “delivered” on 17 March, but when I went to reception, there was no parcel left under my name. I checked the tracking and saw the GPS location was recorded in a completely different suburb. I immediately reported the issue and asked for the exact delivery address. The… Read more

company said they would investigate. From 20 March to 25 March I waited for updates. They finally replied that the driver claimed he left it at reception — yet the GPS clearly shows the wrong suburb and there is zero photo proof. They even asked if someone else might have taken it, which is impossible because we must show ID to collect parcels. I then requested the receiver’s signature and a photo. They only sent a signature that no one at reception or the surrounding buildings recognises. Without any photo evidence, how can they claim it was delivered correctly? On 30 March they finally told me they “confirmed with the driver” that it was sent to the right place. But I still have not received my parcel after two full weeks. This is ridiculous: • GPS shows the wrong suburb yet they insist it was delivered correctly. • After 10+ days of my repeated complaints, their “investigation” just says “correct address” with no proof. • No other delivery company would keep claiming a correct delivery for this long when the customer clearly never received it. I have wasted so much time and effort chasing this. I still have no parcel and I now demand proper compensation for the lost item and the time I have lost. The platform needs to take immediate action.

delivered on a Saturday) to check if I needed to be home to sign for it and was cheerfully informed the parcel wouldn’t arrive that day cos they were 'too busy', but I definitely needed to be home to sign for it. SURPRISE: part 1 showed up that day — no notification, no signature taken just a magical materialization at my gate.

When part 2 is not included I ring to find out where it is??? Am promised it will be delivered Jan 12. Then “the 13th.” Then "the 14th." Then “someone will call.” Then radio silence. I spent days at home waiting for a package I had to sign for while TGE performed their Houdini routine. The seller even reshipped the missing half but couldn’t use another courier because apparently logistics bow to cosmic rules about box size. God only knows when and if that will ever appear.

Jan 19 — “out for delivery” notification. Doorbell camera footage shows the driver looking directly at the doorbell, deciding then instead to force open the hydraulic arm electric gate and jam a nearly 30kg parcel through it, then drive off without ringing OR asking for a signature. The house door was open. We were home. But why be conventional?

I’d give negative stars if I could — but apparently the system only allows a single, lonely star. So here’s your one-star review: zero communication, zero accountability, and a high chance of property damage. Bravo, TGE. I’ll be posting this everywhere I can.

And TGE I notice that you respond to the complaints. I imagine that's a full time job for one or more of the employees!! That said if you are going to write the same response to me that you have written to all the other complainants, save it for someone else. I am not interested in your direct copy and paste of a message that does nothing to deal with the issue. If you have something of interest to write then I will be very very interested to hear it! But I imagine it will be crickets.

You lot should be ashamed of yourselves. You're a complete joke - but not the funny kind of joke.

NB: Video doorbell footage attached showing exactly what I have written here is factual.

made multiple calls to your customer service, and each time I’ve been told, “Your package will be delivered today.” Unfortunately, that promise has been broken repeatedly.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a premium delivery option. I understand that delays can happen, but consistent misinformation and lack of follow-through are inexcusable.

I sincerely hope Team Global Express takes this feedback seriously and improves communication, accountability, and delivery reliability moving forward.

parcel from a location almost an hour away, despite there being a local hub just minutes from my home.

As a result, I was unable to collect the parcel, and it was eventually returned. It is incredibly frustrating that customers have to rely on such unreliable delivery services, particularly for high-demand items that are already difficult to secure. It is disappointing that POPMART partners with delivery providers that create this kind of experience. After finally managing to obtain a Labubu, losing it due to poor delivery handling is extremely disheartening. Disappointed, to say the least.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Team Global Express lost one order I placed with Officeworks for almost a month. Weeks of "it's in our warehouse" "oh no, we don't know where it is" "sorry can't tell you how this happened". Ended up cancelling the order and getting a refund ... and *then* TGE managed to find it and tried to deliver it… Read more

twice. Last week I placed an order with Big W. Today it was delivered - by dumping it over the fence on to the grass. The gate wasn't locked, just loosely held shut with a bungee cord - anyone with half a braincell could have figured out how to open it but apparently that's too much to expect from TGE. Couldn't even have been bothered to walk it up to the front door (despite Authority to Leave specifically stating "Front Door" - or even leave it on the CEMENT PATH on the other side of the gate. Honestly can not NOT recommend them strongly enough.

I paid for express/next-day delivery with The Iconic on 1/2/26 (Sunday), with tracking clearly stating delivery by 3/2/26. While I understand delays can occur, as of 4/2/26 the parcel had still not been delivered, and the tracking information and customer service advice provided were inconsistent and implausible. customer service as the parcel had remained scanned at “Botany” (which I was later told is the name used for Broadmeadow depot) for an extended period with no meaningful updates. I was advised to “wait and see” if it was scanned at Gosford depot, which is in the opposite direction to the delivery address. I was then told the parcel “should be delivered on Friday,” despite no updated ETA or explanation. Which is disappointing given this was a paid next-day service.

After The Iconic followed this up on my behalf, I received a text at 14:17 stating the parcel was “out for delivery.” The scan location, however, was a Sydney postcode approximately four hours from my delivery address. Around 25 minutes later, another update stated the parcel was “unable to be delivered” due to a “vehicle breakdown,” again scanned at the same Sydney location.

These tracking events do not align with real-world delivery logistics and strongly suggest inaccurate or false scanning. Overall, this experience falls well below the standard expected of a large global express delivery company, particularly for a paid express service

find an inner city parking space) to collect the parcels from a designated collection centre. No other courier service has ever had any trouble delivering to our address (3 klms from Brisbane CBD). Really poor performance and after so many times it is obviously a planned strategy.

Got a bike sent from Melbourne to Gold Coast and paid top dollar for express delivery. booked via Pack and send but transported by GE. Arrived a week late and item was damaged in transit. Stay away from this company. Ive had items sent all over Australia and twice now with GE and both times damage to the items. Show details

 Follow-up  · Packed very well by bike shop in Melbourne. I am not sure as the bike shop booked postage etc so i assume they have. All i know is i am getting a new frame. the frame was cracked at the top near the steerer tube. I would be impossible to do without must treatment of package. It must have had a very hard hit or it has been opened on transit. The package was lost and was a few weeks late gettign to me

I rang again to complete my enquiry & was given the exact same bogus info. 7. I then requested I be put thru to a supervisor of their COMPLAINTS Section and was HUNG UP on again! 8. The TGE Customer service personnel are all INDIAN with very poor speaking English - I had to ask them to repeat everything they said - nearly incomprehensible gibberish. 9. Only when I threatened going to my Local Member did I receive ANY HELP at all. 10. I am extremely disappointed & distressed by their poor customer service - from the couriers to the CSRs to their problem-management service. 0/10

from other couriers is quite poor. It can take over seven days for parcels to reach me, while the post office usually delivers in two or three days. So, I give a big thumbs up to Team Global Express!

could be connected. Out of office hours which was st 10 am in Perth. I have never in all my life dealt with a company so dysfunctional, non caring, unprofessional and disgusting as this one. I will personally let everyone I know not to ever use you. All you had to do was change the address, call the driver anything but you did nothing. Your a disgrace.
