Stroud Ballarat are simply the best! – When we decided to build in Ballarat, we researched builders and plans and settled on 4 building company's in Ballarat. Simon at Stroud was the fourth phone call we made and the only one to return our call. From that phone conversation we knew instantly that he was interested in our situation and committed to meet our requirements. At the time we were living in regional NSW and building in regional Victoria - we signed our contacts approximately 3 weeks prior to the COVID pandemic and associated lockdowns. All the way through Simon and Brad kept us informed. Communication was excellent with both Simon and Brad, we received videos and photos from onsite on a weekly basis. Due to COVID, we only had one visit to the building site, yet at no time did we feel anxious or uncertain about the building of our home. The rapport between us and the builders was one of complete confidence. Handover of our lovely new home was exceptional, given the COVID situation and again Simon and Brad went the extra mile. Our new home is everything I hoped it would be, the quality of the build and the care taken to provide that personal touch has been amazing. I highly recommend Stroud Homes to anyone considering building in Ballarat and the surrounding area. If I could give 5+ stars I would.
