Worst TV I’ve ever owned. Stay away from EKO all together. Remote doesn’t work as it should. Tv lags tremendously and I’m always waiting for it to catch up. It’s an absolute joke.

running out". Tv is useless now. When you contact support they only care if it is warranty. Would only help if I supply the receipt to show it is on warranty, which it isn't. So no help from them. I had to now buy a new tv, bought a 50" eko tv. Tv is very slow for responding to the remote, and the remote is trash. You have to press buttons multiple times to get it to do anything, and the ring button gets you very frustrated it just doesn't work well at all. I highly do not recommend an EKO tv.

purchase, yet EKO refused to manually unbind it and repeatedly told me to “contact the retailer” instead.
Weeks of delays, no returned calls, copy-paste responses, and no resolution.
The product is now unusable due entirely to EKO’s backend system — and they will not take responsibility.
One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Avoid at all costs.

it also comes with an additional free 155 channels (most of which you've never heard of). About 20 American, 10 or so British and the rest look look Korean or Europe - but in English fortunately. Two minor annoyances. The remote buttons are fiddly and a bit too close together. And there doesn't seem to be any way to reorder the channel numbers so you often have to keep scrolling. Apart from that - excellent value for money !

regular feature of this brand. The fact there’s a large replacement market for these should be a warning. The offer of help from the company after submitting the review led to a company site that offered up basic troubleshooting advice that I’d already tried before directing me to the site that I’d already purchased the replacement remote from.
