a replacement unit or adequate remedy. This is not a warranty issue or change of mind. This is a SAFETY RECALL with fault solely on the manufacturer, and hence proof of purchase is not required according to the Therapeutic Goods Administration. Regardless, whether the unit falls within the warranty period or not, this is not a warranty issue - it is a SAFETY RECALL!!! And for a product used primarily for sick infants and children. This is not good enough Eukybear! Very poor customer service and zero responsibility taken for providing unsafe products to consumers!

I thought it was great until the sound stopped working, this was replaced under warranty until the 2nd one sounds also stopped working too. Seems to be a common fault. Wouldn’t recommend.

I can't remember anymore how much I bought this Euky Bear Digital Thermometer but what I knew is that i bought it because it's the cheapest among the other brands displayed at the medical centre chemist. The pharmacist said that it's a good brand so I just settled for it. When I got home I tried to use it for my 3 year old son. I put it in his underarm. It took approximately less than 2 minutes before I heard the beep. I repeated it again and it took a minute before it gave the reading again. I was expecting that the reading will come up much quicker. As to it's accuracy,I am not sure. If I cannot rely on it to read temperature swiftly, how will I know if it's accurate as well? I was so disappointed. I never used it again since then.

Euky Bear baby laundry liquid – Strong smell of eucalyptus. Not pleasant for baby clothes. Not recommend to use on baby clothes. Customer service is nig helpful as well. Just waste of money. Prefer getting from Coles or Woolworths for other baby laundry instead.
