We had our bathroom and powder room fully renovated by a very respected company in June 2025 and they recommended the Fienza back-to-wall suite. We… Read more
went with their advice and installed the Fienza back-to-wall suite. It has been over 6 months now and the toilet continually gets blocked and looks dirty even after being cleaned thoroughly, regularly, ie 2 to 3 times per week. Everything else in our bathroom is perfect except for this toilet. We are extremely disappointed and will be asking the renovation company to not suggest this product to their future clients. We will now have to endure the cost of replacing the toilet due to the terrible design and constant problems.
Fienza BTW Empire suite – This toilet was suggested to us by Colortile however it does only half the job! All poos get wedged in the neck of the toilet and take several flushes or help from the toilet brush to get away! I would not recommend this toilet to anyone
Okay for the price – We bought two of these seats from Reece Plumbing to replace the original soft close seats in our apartment. The shape is square/round as per the… Read more
image. We bought them August 2023 and already there are signs that the soft close feature is failing. They go to almost closed, then drop the last couple of centimeters. On top of that I have had to re-tighten the installation screws twice and the seat has to be removed for that purpose.
On the bright side, the seats are otherwise sturdy and comfortable, and fit our toilets perfectly. We paid $80.00 each, which was okay.
Reece Plumbing at Clontarf, Qld were very helpful.
Disappointed that this bathroom top isn't durable for bathroom conditions – I bought premium Fienza products, specifically a recycled timber top for a bathroom vanity that retails at $700. The salesperson told me it was… Read more
coated in an industrial grade waterproofer. Having the product in use for only one month since installation, a few drops of water have already left dark stains on the timber top. I've followed all of the care instructions very carefully from day one, which said to wipe the top with a damp cloth and to wipe spills immediately. The finish that Fienza uses on their timber product is not durable enough for bathroom conditions. I regret spending so much on what they class as "premium" when I didn't get so in quality.
