this series of toilets but the problem lies with the plumber who installs them as instructions are never read and so unflushed solid matter constantly causes blockages. If you read the instructions providing the plumber did not throw them out! there are two adjustments to increase the amount of water which will ensure 100% flushing without blockages. The factory setting is very conservative so minimal water is discharged on full flush with not enough water to fully push the solids beyond the bends.

First increase the total amount of water held in the cistern using the white plastic screw turning it clockwise. This should raise the total water level by about 12mm. The major adjustment is within the discharge valve housing. Remove the assembly by a ¼ turn anticlockwise and then take out from the cistern. Find the small adjustment assembly at the bottom. Unclip the slider lock with a tooth pick or similar then slide the adjustment all the way to the bottom. Relock the slider. Put back into cistern. Our measurements were originally 5 seconds of full flush water, with adjustment now 9 seconds full flush volume and zero blockages.

If the adjustments suggested are too complicated the simple solution to the flushing issue is to hold down the full flush button until the cistern fully drains and then you will have about 10 seconds of water which will certainly do the job but you need to use this method every time.

image. We bought them August 2023 and already there are signs that the soft close feature is failing. They go to almost closed, then drop the last couple of centimeters. On top of that I have had to re-tighten the installation screws twice and the seat has to be removed for that purpose.

On the bright side, the seats are otherwise sturdy and comfortable, and fit our toilets perfectly. We paid $80.00 each, which was okay.

coated in an industrial grade waterproofer. Having the product in use for only one month since installation, a few drops of water have already left dark stains on the timber top. I've followed all of the care instructions very carefully from day one, which said to wipe the top with a damp cloth and to wipe spills immediately. The finish that Fienza uses on their timber product is not durable enough for bathroom conditions. I regret spending so much on what they class as "premium" when I didn't get so in quality.
