Herbs of Gold
So pleased to have found these – I tried a range of pregnancy multivitamins in my first trimester, but found them chalky and hard on my digestion. I happened across Herbs of Gold in… Read more
a health food store and was impressed by the spectrum of essential vitamins and supplements included. Since then, I have repeatedly ordered online as I'm so happy with them. I've felt energetic, healthy and haven't suffered from constipation since switching to this product... yay! I plan to keep taking once baby comes along to support my breastfeeding.
Contains B12 which causes nerve damage. I was disappointed that a health food store at Northrocks is selling such a harmful product. I checked it with my doctor and she told me to stop taking it.

doesn't matter if it's 100% saponins (which sounds good, right?) if the active ingredient or standardized saponins do not state what percentage of protodioscin is has, don't buy it. bottle. That was okay with me, as I just wanted a kick start for weight loss and I desperately needed the energy (even artificial energy would do me!) so I could exercise without wiping myself out completely. Unfortunately, I noticed no change whatsoever in energy levels; I'm just as tired as I was when I started. Plus, I put on nearly a kilo despite balancing calories in vs calories out. Considering the price, I really expected more from this product. Would not recommend.
