Zipper wears out – The bottom zipper is exposed to the ground when you wheel this bag and subsequently has torn and become unusable. I could repair this, but it seems it will continue to tear as it looks like a design fault, which I wasn’t informed of when purchasing.

use, the side of the bag had already torn by April 2026, just three months after purchase.
I returned it to Myer under warranty, and they sent it to the supplier for assessment. Otherwise the bag is in perfect condition, but it is now extremely noisy to wheel , on the unprotected metal of the wheels. Took it to a High Sierra recommended repairer ( in Brisbane). He advised that new wheels would cost $70 each to replace ( $140 for both wheels) , and advised me to buy a new bag , rather than put $140 into my old one. New bag is circa $220. He had no real interest in the repair. Pretty disappointing that High Sierra don’t repair their products for a reasonable price, as the bag is pristine other than the wheels . I will buy a new bad, but it won’t be a High Sierra brand, based on this
