being advertised as a product to assist with IBS, made no difference. In emailing them with the feedback, I was ignored and then when chasing them up over their chat feature, dealt with Marlene where I was repeating myself several times and providing answers to questions that she could’ve seen through the already provided screenshots proving she simply couldn’t be bothered. After giving me different sets of instructions to return the product, including apparently redirecting the issue to the store I bought it from her directed me to reach out to Metagenics, I was then told to send them the remaining product. Since sending the product, they failed to keep their word or respond to any emails regarding a refund reverting back to childish ignoring tactics proving they have no regard for consumer law rights or the consumer at all. I will never support this company or any of their products and write this review to warn others as to their poor treatment.
