Poor quality with same problem reoccurring with multiple customers. The units seem to fail after minimal use and won’t take on charge anymore. I… Read more
have called ITech to troubleshoot but there’s nothing they can do, I assume this is a regular conversation based on the amount of people I’ve discovered with the same issue. Waste of $350

Extremely disappointed with the quality and safety of the product. Blanket has never been reliable and I suspected poor wiring connections were the… Read more
culprits. This was confirmed when inspecting the blanket I found that the positive wire had melted a plastic closed-end connector which was badly crimped and completely inadequate for the cables used in the blanket.
Testing and benefit of the 4 x 100AH Lithium Battery with the Itech 2000 watts invertor – 4 x 100AH Lithium Battery and a 2000 watts Itech Invertor. It's been a few months since I did my first review and wanted to update everyone. We have… Read more
just come back from 10 days down south of Western Australia, I found the best thing about the Itech system was how convenient it made traveling. we could pull over in an offroad parking bay, boil a kettle and make a hot toasty sandwich within a few minutes. I also tested the 2000 watts invertor using the caravan air con and it ran the air con for 4 hours which I thought was good.
Still going strong. Our PS2000 is invaluable as a backup power source. The gas hot water system in our van wouldn't ignite due to a thermostat… Read more
failure and couldn't be replaced at that time due to remote travelling. We would heat our hor water using the electric hot water, this used a fair bit of power. Sometimes we would forget to turn it off and run out of battery power in our van. By plugging the PS2000 directly into the vans A/C inlet, this brought the van back to life and charging the batteries up to around 30% until the solar kicked in. The SP2000 helped us out a few times until I could replaced the gas hot water thermostat. I'm very happy with our PS2000.
The product is excellent. Pumps out far more power than my fixed rooftop panel of the same rating simply because I can move it to face the sun… Read more
directly anytime. Only negative was that it arrived with damaged packaging. Good thing the product is tough!
Drop in replacement for AGM. Works fine – I have installed an iTech 240X Pro in my camper trailer to relace 3 old 105Ah AGM's. I wanted to upgrade to Lithium to save some weight and for… Read more
performance. I am tight for room and the AGM's were installed on their side in a dedicated battery compartment. My existing AC battery charger and DC/DC do not have Lithium charging profiles so I was drawn to the iTech because they claim drop in replacement for AGM's without modification to the charging system. There were a number of people telling me that the iTech batteries are not good and the drop replacement can't work. So I called iTechworld and spoke to both sales and technical support and was convinced that the iTech batteries were worth try. They come with a 5 year warranty and I have written confirmation that my exact set up is suitable and therefore maintains the warranty.
I have now used the new battery on an extended camping trip. It performs as expected. Charging works with all the options that I need including solar panels, vehicle, home power and a generator. The new battery is installed on its side and is charged by an Enerdrive ePro Combi (60A charge current) and a CTek D250S Dual (Chargind Current 20 A).
I am happy with the iTechworld iTech240X Pro battery as a drop in replacement for 3x105Ah AGM's with no modification to any charging equipment.

products! They both fit neatly under the roller cover with no issues. Any questions I had about the products (pre and post sale) were handled very quickly and very informative!
Will be shopping and using their products again in the future
To this point I’m not that impressed. I’ve only had it a few weeks, charged it, and stored it in my car a fortnight ago. I bought this as I was… Read more
experiencing slight intermittent battery problems with my car and heading away on a road trip - a backup. I pulled it out a few days ago. Flat, unresponsive, refused to be charged, and making weird crackling noises during the charging process. I’m away from home for an another month so getting it to WA and back to my place in SA (with no one home) might be problematic. So I’ll wait until I’m home. So far, this has not been what I was hoping for. The customer service experience has been good but let’s see how the rectification goes - fingers crossed.
Not that happy – I purchased this unit before they downrated it to starting up to 3L Diesels. It wouldn't kick over my 3.2 Diesel Ranger and when I asked them why… Read more
they ended up down rating this model so I'd say they got plenty of other complaints regarding the same issue. Originally it was advertised as being able to start up to 6L Diesels which is laughable. I ended up going with another Chinese brand which has never failed me.

ITECH who have tested it and found it defective. It is not able to be repaired, so I am waiting for a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. I have since received a replacement which seems to be working okay.

their equipment. $7600 spent never again and out of warranty. Itechworld will do their usual to protect their brand and respond to this but they know my name and multiple warranty claims. Unfortunately made a grave mistake and should have stuck to the EBay specials and Chinese made equipment much cheaper and still going!

Handy tough 20w solar panel – Handy little solar panel charger. Using for keeping phone and speaker charged while on the water. Do recommend though minimum 1m cable as need to keep some electronics out of the sun.

satisfied. Slightly larger than the CTEK XS 15000 therefore installed into different position. I have not used in 'anger' yet but initial indicators are the item is working great. Will update if required but all of my equipment from iTechWorld has performed fantastically.

series for a 24v electric motor and 1 down back for electronics only. All of them have given me BMS problems at one time or another. One of the wired in series more so. I had previously sent a battery back (can't remember which one) to itech for warranty and testing for these exact problems! and was told it was fine and they sent it back. Still dramas! The BMS sometimes is near impossible to get woken up once it switches off which then renders the electric motor useless. I even bought THEIR 20A charger as it stated on website that it automatically resets the BMS to start charging- well not this bloody battery, I can hook the charger up and another fully charged lithium battery to it and do as specified on their website whilst having a multi meter attached, it states it's supplying charge but battery doesn't seem to take it. Can sit charging for days with no effect. As soon as you disconnect from the charger it goes back to 6.something volts. has caused me all sorts of headaches, so much so I wouldn't recommend their products.. I've got an Invicta lithium start battery for the motor that has never had an issue (3+ yrs) and now have my 6yr old spair 120 lithium battery hooked up in parallel with the other itech and that doesn't give me dramas like the itech did.
Well, I must say that itechworld very efficiently checked out the jump starter and replaced it… Read more
